Associated Genetics with Endometriosis
There are many factors that are associated with the progression of any disease. According to many doctors around the world, it is the unanimous belief that the people when end up in some serious disease like Endometriosis, there are some of the genetic ties that are related to it. Hence, when the people are finding out the great ways of getting the treatment done for their diseases, the medical councils around the world are considering checking out the different genetic causes that are underlying it. It is also true for the Endometriosis, as there is the genetic links to it.
According to the research done and published by Nature Genetics, there are two variants that are present for the Endometriosis and causing the disease in the women. Hence, when the statistical data is calculated for it, there are as much as 10% chances that the women who are having the Endometriosis have some genetics in common which will cause this disease to happen. According to the research done by the team of QIMR, the basic commencing of Endometriosis in through the fault in the genetic makeup that is pre-installed in the body which will cause the disease in the women of child bearing age. Not the statistical data of the certain area is suggesting it, but there are also the ways where one can find out the differences in many different things where can see that how much this data will support the theorem of genetic causes of Endometriosis.
According to the genetic research done 5586 women done, there is the region present on the chromosome number 7 which is the strong factor in causing the Endometriosis in the child bearing women. Along with this, there is also the combination of this disease which is done on the people who are having the disease. In this case, the chromosome that is associated with this disease is chromosome number 1. When the combination of both of these chromosomes is present in the women, there are very bright chances that the women in possession of these regions on these two chromosomes will be having the Endometriosis in the future. This research has been done by QIMR Molecular Epidemiology Laboratory.
For some diseases, the underlying genetic factors is only one, however, there are some other diseases in which the combination of the different diseases can also be present when it comes to the formation of the different factors which will cause the disease. Hence, the complex combination of different factors in the genes of any women will have the Endometriosis as a result.
